Microtech Exodus

The Microtech Exodus is a front opening single action automatic much like the Halo Series. The blade is fired by depressing a button in the center of the handle. The blade locks into place with a liner lock mechism that must be disengaged on the side of the handle before re-charging the blade. This differs from the Halo Series where the fire button acts as a plunge lock. Many users will say that a liner lock gives a more secure lock up. The knife also has a manually operated safety switch that will prevent accidental deployment of the blade.
