  • Shipping & Delivery

    We can only offer items for sale which we currently have in our possession. It is impossible to provide quality customer service while doing business any other way. Occasionally, we will take pre-orders for an item which has been guaranteed to us by one of our suppliers. Items available for pre-order will be clearly marked and the expectation about when they will be available for fulfillment will be outlined to the best of our ability.

    Orders placed before 5pm EST are shipped the same day. Sometimes delays arise due to the logistics of running a business; addresses don't match, fraud alerts are triggered, credit card companies hold funds, an ineligible shipping method is selected, etc. If delays arise, we will communicate with you and try to make things easier wherever we can.

    Dealing with fraudulent transactions is a persistent problem for online retailers, and we are no exception. Suspicious transactions may be delayed by an inability to contact the customer directly and personally to verify the order.

    UPS MyChoice can not be used with our packages to change the delivery address after a shipment has been made. Too many people have abused this service in furtherance of their fraudulent transactions. Very sorry for this inconvenience.

  • Returns & Replacements

    You want to return the item for no specific reason 15% restocking fee not refunded. No returns accepted after 14 days. Items must be in brand new and unused condition. Any markings or scratches will void the return.

    The item is defective and you want to exchange it If we have the item in stock, we will exchange it. We will send out a replacement knife right away and issue a pre-paid UPS label so the defective knife can be sent back to us. If an advanced replacement is desired and the defective knife is not returned within 14 days your credit card will be charged for the full price of the replacement. If we don't have a replacement in stock, we will send it to the manufacturer on your behalf for repairs. Exchanges must be requested within 5 days after receiving the item.

    The item is defective and you don't want it anymore, and you don't want anything in exchange Full refund less actual shipping costs. A summary of the defect must be declared prior to shipping the item to us. If there is no defect; a 15% restocking fee is not refunded.

  • Ordering

    Our website is designed so that inventory is updated dynamically. This will ensure that stock levels are up to date and that multiple orders of the same item will rarely occur when there is one left of a particular item.

    Reserving items (for a reasonable period of time) is also acceptable for our customers. Contact us in whatever way is most convenient for you in order to reserve an item.

    Although we will make every effort to acknowledge reservation requests as soon as possible, some popular items will sell before we get the chance.

    We accept all typical methods of payment including major credit cards (including American Express), Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, and PayPal. Personal checks are also accepted for repeat customers; however, there may be a delay to ensure checks clear before goods are shipped.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    Since it is sometimes difficult to set the right price on these hard to find knives, we offer a 30-day price protection policy that will protect all our customers.

    • If you see the same item being sold by an authorized dealer for less within 30-days of your original purchase (restrictions below), we will refund the difference. Feel free to purchase from us knowing that you can have what you want now, and still get the best price if you find it cheaper later on.
    • Price protection is not valid on items where the manufacturer changed their pricing.
    • Clearance or sale items on this or other authorized dealer websites are excluded from this policy; however, we may be able to match their sale price. Please inquire with us in this situation. If we can match the price, we will.
    • In order to price match an item, the competing dealer must have the item in stock or have proof of the item being in stock for that price within the past 30-days.
