This Ultratech is the flat body Ultratech from 2014 featuring a black anodized aluminum body, tri-pin screws, pointed glassbreaker (crusher), bead blasted hardware, and a DLC plain edge blade.
This knife was originally part of a special run for us by Microtech with DLC blades though more were produced later that year.
Get your thumb muscles ready because this knife has a strong spring and is difficult to close even for the experienced Microtech collector. The spring sing is present upon retraction but we can put some lithium grease on the spring to tamper the sound upon request.
There is shiny spot on the corner of the handle next to the pocket clip where the anodizing was rubbed against and shimmers at some angles in the light. The knife is in otherwise excellent condition.
