This is the Gen II version of the Scarab II with the stiffer button.
This knife is pre-owned but in good condition. There are some snail trails on the handle from handling. The blade is unused with the factory edge and there are no indications of the knife being carried.
This Shadow version of the Scarab II is free of all logos, serial numbers, and production dates. Only a minimal scarab logo is visible on the pocket clip. The blade and hardware are finished in black DLC.
The Scarab II is the larger version of the original Scarab. The knife is larger in both length and width and feels much more substantial in the hand. The button is oversized with a nice concavity that is extremely comfortable to deploy and retract. The blade is fluted on both sides and on the top spine and additional openings are provided in the handle; all openings are meant to rinse debris from inside the handle with ease.
