Details
At long last, Microtech expertly crafts this successor to the Tachyon Balisong.Skeletonized titanium handles are the perfect choice for this smooth-as-silk butterfly knife. It's weighted perfectly for all our favorite tricks. When open, the center of gravity for this knife resides about 1.5 inches back from the pivot on the handle side. After closing, the center of gravity resides half way up the handle at 2.75 inches. With heavier handles, butterfly knives will give your hands a bruising. Lighter handles make it hard to feel the roatation in motion.Expertly crafted, razor sharp, wonderfully weighted and beautiful to behold. I'm sure you will enjoy this Tachyon II for a very long time. After your break-in period, please keep an eye on the tightness of your pivot screws. Microtech has chosen to use torx heads for your ease of maintenance.
