The Microtech Halo IV was re-released in 2025 with slight design changes. Now part of the Marfione Select groupo, it bridges the gap between a production and custom knife while being produced in limited qualitites. The Halo IV features an anodized aluminum handle, textured button, and also a milled pocket clip.
The Halo IV comes in a standard Microtech box but includes a microfiber cloth, a microfiber pouch, and metal certificate of authenticity.
The Halo IV is a single action out the front automatic where the blade is deployed using the push button but manually retracted with two hands by disengaging the button lock and pulling back on the rear charging handle until the blade locks into the closed position. The purpose of the single action is to prioritize a quick deployment.
