The Marfione custom UT-10 is based on the standard Ultratech; however, the front of the handle has a bolster commonly found on side openers. The knife features a lightning strike carbon fiber handle cover and inlay in the blade center. The button has an "X" on the top indicating the "10" in the name. The slide under the button has a jeweled appearance.
