The Hyda V.4 from Heretic Knives is a single action out-the-front knife where the blade is ejected with a simple press of a button. The Hydra, unlike other single action OTF knives, is designed to be pocket carried and has a unique safety feature for this purpose. The button is hidden under a hinged cover that moves to the side when ready to operate. With practice, the button can be pressed very quickly.
