The Microtech Kitchen Cutlery set is a newer addition to their offerings. This one is the 6" Santoku knife with Titanium bolsters and Ivory G-10 handle and a stonewash blade. The blade stock is thin and the edge is a razor to easily cut through the toughest of ingredients when preparing your favorite meals.
The knife comes with a folded kydex sheath with felt lining and a microfiber cleaning cloth with Microtech logo.
