The Sliver is as much a tactical scalpel as can it. It is small in size but don't let that fool you. In hand this knife is menacing. The upswept tanto blade comes to a fine point and is extremely slicey and stabby. The slender handle hides in your palm yet remains in control. The detent can be adjusted with the included tools.
