The latest version of the Manticore-X now features a G-10 button that offers a comfortable platform for your thumb while increasing friction exponentially. This makes the Manticore-X a pleasure to operate with no hot spots on your thumb and absolutely zero slippage.
The Manticore-X is a larger knife similar in size to the Microtech Combat Troodon or Microtech Cypher. The slim handle is slightly contoured for a comfortable grip and for easy carry. The deep carry pocket clip leaves only 1/4" of the knife handle exposed.
Action is crisp and lockup is solid. The force of deployment is strong and feels very much like a reliable tool.
