A swirling eyelet pattern adorns the blade, which is held firmly in place by a classic VIST frame lock. The lock bar is single detent for easier one-handed opening. An assertive detent holds the heavy blade firmly in place but a deep and comfortable thumb hole allows you to start the opening process quickly and finish quicker with a wrist flick. You'll want to hold on to the handle tightly because the substantial blade finishes locking up with a satisfying snap. A flamed titanium handle and pocket clip are secured by black hardware. The flame pattern looks like fire-forged camoflage, but this knife isn't about to blend into its surroundings. The rare combination of materials makes this VIST a truly collectible and fully functional tool.
