Details
The Chaves C.H.U.B. (Chaves Handy Utility Blade) Framelock Flipper is exactly what it sounds like. The C.H.U.B., T.A.K., and an Ultramar series all had a 3-Way and the birth control didn't work. What we get is the framelock action of a Redencion, the blade of the CHUB, and the handle of a T.A.K.
And it seems that this combination works quite well together. This knife is meant to go to work and the best part is if you forget about it and bring it to the airport, the razor blade can be discarded and a new blade can be purchased later without the use of any tools.
The flipping action is tuned well and the pocket clip is reversible. A spare pocket clip is also provided that does not feature the skull design for a more plain look if desired.
