Details
The KUF (Kitchen Utility Folder) from Liong Mah is a manual folding knife similar in design to what you'd find in your kitchen. The edge is positioned lower than the handle and a slight sweep along the edge makes roll cutting a breeze. The blade can be flicked open using the oversized opening in the blade and locks firmly in place with an early lockup. The pocket clip is reversible for left or right carry. The pivot and pocket clip are bronzed anodized for a matching aesthetic.
